Massachusetts Endorsement M-0108-S states:
“We (the insurance company) will not pay any claim for injury or property damage under the policy, while your auto is being used in a personal vehicle sharing program. Such programs allow the use of your auto by a person other than you or a household under an agreement and with payment to you.”
This is big stuff.
This means that if you are driving or using your vehicle in connection with any ride sharing or car sharing program your auto insurance “WILL NOT PAY ANY CLAIM FOR INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE.”
This means, for all intents and purposes, there is no auto insurance when your vehicle is being used as an Uber vehicle if you have a Massachusetts Personal Auto Policy.
