Unfortunately, the Massachusetts Vehicle Check program tells:
There are no exemptions, but the vehicle owner can fill out an Out of State verification form found on our website mavehiclecheck.com under motorist resources, forms. This will notify the MA RMV that the owner is out of the state and cannot have the vehicle inspected at this time.
